I am so excited to be the president for the 2026-2027 year! I have been a proud Navy spouse for 23 years (Seabees Can Do!) and am happy to have the chance to give back to a group that has brought me friends and adventures!

I have two wonderful kids who are both in college in the state of Florida. Abby (22) is in Grad School at FGCU, and Luke (20) is at UCF. My husband and I have lived here in Hawaii for the past year and a half and absolutely love being here.

I am really excited to work with such a great board and provide you with a fun, fabulous year full of friendships!

Vice President - Amber Brownell

I'm excited and honored to serve as Vice President for the Pearl Harbor Officers Spouses' Club this year! I've been a proud military spouse for 24 years, supporting not only my own family but also the incredible community that comes with military life.

My husband and I have four amazing kids-Isaiah (24), Trey (23), Sean (19), and Chloe (15)-who have grown up embracing the adventure of this lifestyle right alongside us. We've been fortunate enough to call Hawaii home for the third time, and it truly holds a special place in our hearts.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of working closely with military families, serving as Ombudsman for COMPACFLT and HSC-23, and as FRG President while my husband was stationed aboard the USS Harry S. Truman. These experiences have deepened my connections within our community.

I'm truly looking forward to serving alongside all of you and helping make this a fantastic year!

Communications - Patti Stager

communicationsphosc@gmail.com

Aloha! I'm Patti Stager-Army spouse to Shawn and mom to three amazing adult children: Veriti, Lorelai, and Paul. My husband and kids are my world, and I make frequent trips back to the mainland to be there for their important life events. We've been living on the island for nearly three years, soaking up the sun, hiking, enjoying the beach, and learning how to embrace life as empty nesters.

I was born and raised in Texas, where I spent most of my life. With both of my parents having served in the Army, I've been connected to the military community from the very beginning Professionally, I worked for many years as a high school math teacher and college adjunct professor. While I truly loved teaching and miss it, I'm enjoying a more relaxed pace of life these days.

I'm excited to serve as the Communications Officer on the board. I've truly loved my experience with PHOSC so far-it helped me find my tribe here on the island. I look forward to sharing these opportunities, and many more, with others in our community.

Events Coordinator - Priya Rashid

eventsphosc@gmail.com

My name is Priya! I love being outside and spending time with our PHOSC family. My family is comprised of my husband, Ryan, my son, Kai(15), and my cats, Roxy(24) and Moo(6).

I am a Navy spouse, but an Army kid first. Born at Fort Polk, “Home of the Heroes!”, my mom was an Amy officer and my dad a proud Army spouse. Wanting to continue the tradition of women in service, I joined the Army Reserves as a Judge Advocate, mobilizing to support the Active duty in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. I have been lucky to spend much of my life stationed in Hawai’i, and am a “double bow, graduating from University of Hawai’i for my bachelor's and graduate degree with a professional background in legal services.

I am excited for our next season together, and to help strengthen our bonds, continuing the tradition of friendship, community, laughter, and military resilience.

Membership Chair - Chrystal Bingham

phoscmemberships@gmail.com

Aloha! I'm Chrystal Bingham, a Navy spouse to Christopher and mom to three teenage boys: Aiden, Wyatt, and Ewan. (Yes, I am absolutely drowning in testosterone at home!) We actually started our life together here 19 years ago and are so grateful to be back in beautiful Hawaii nei. So far, our

"two-year tour" is at four and a half years and counting!

Born and raised in a small town in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, I inherited a deep appreciation for nature and a stubborn streak that insists on making the most of every situation. I love meeting new people and trying new things so you can often find me volunteering with various charities, outreach programs, and conservation projects.

My favorite PHOSC activity is definitely bunco-I even schedule our family calendar to ensure I can attend! However, you're just as likely to find me at a restaurant drop-in, coffee morning, beach hangout, or recipe exchange.

I love the wide variety of personalities and backgrounds that PHOSC brings together, and I look forward to the opportunity to help guide the club this year!

Treasurer - Mallory McGahan

treasurerphosc@gmail.com

Aloha! I'm Mallory McGahan - I'm a Navy Supply spouse to my husband, Shaun, and mom to three beautiful girls (Harper (9), Teagan (8), and Delaney (3). In June 2024, our family made our first big PCS move and were lucky enough to land here in paradise after spending the last 10 years in Virginia (VA Beach and Richmond).

While this is my first time joining a military spouse community, it's been an incredible experience. I've loved meeting new people and forming meaningful friendships that I know will last a lifetime. Being far from family back on the East Coast, I'm especially grateful for the support and camaraderie I've found through PHOSC.

Professionally, I've worked as an accountant/CPA with Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. for the past 11 years, and I'm fortunate to be able to continue working remotely from our island home. I'm excited to serve as Treasurer on the PHOSC Board and look forward to giving back to this amazing community.

Secretary - Michelle Jacobs

secretaryphosc@gmail.com

Hi I'm Michelle! My husband, Brett, and I have 4 two-legged children: Luke (10), Levi (8), Liliana (6), and Lila (4) and 2 four-legged children: Maui & Barkley. You can usually find us out adventuring as we try to soak in all this beautiful island has to offer.

I met my husband while serving in the Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer, but have since become a homeschooling, stay at home mom. As a self-proclaimed introvert, clubs like PHOSC have helped me make lifelong friendships and build a community, despite the constant uprooting this military life brings.

I can't wait to spend the next year making memories and having fun in the sun with you
