
Mrs. Chieko Nathan will be back to teach us how to make miso! You can make miso soup, use it for cooking and make a dip for vegetables. Miso is a good source for various vitamin B, vitamins E and K and you can make it yourself. Come join us and also learn to make miso soup and rice balls for lunch.
Fee is $30 per person due by October 20th. Comes with 8 oz of ready to eat souvenir miso for you to take home as well as the one you will make yourself. Payment information is on the Facebook page.
